I bought v.1.0.10.285 on Mac. It does not have the split to chapters and it looks different from the screen I can see on your site. I can't see any upgrade button. Can I upgrade? For free or for a reduced fee?

I have 700 titles in my B&N library. They are all downloaded from the cloud and none are archived. When I sign in on ImElfin, and refresh, it only shows about 200 titles. How do I get them all, and get them converted?
