Which do you think is better: WMP 11 or iTunes?

I would say WMP 11 is better as you will get everything sorted easily when you connect an mp3 or mp4 player to it.

In my opinion, iTunes is slow, unresponsive and memory eating program for PC. Of course it's terrific for Mac users.
Since you compared them together, it's obviously that you referred to PC.
WMP11 wins, which provides both basic and advanced media player usage including adding music, sorting music library, accessing store, burning, etc in an easy-to-control way.
In the meantime, iTunes supports all the features above, but it is laggy and leses controllable by contrast.

WMP is only for PC while iTunes has Mac and PC version. Mac users use iTunes.
But even on a PC I would use iTunes.

itunes is quite goood and I prefer to it.
Media player is good for newbie, but it lags and does not work or play videos at times.
