Recent days I've converted some homemade video to WMV format. But when I play the converted video, there is no audio can be played? How can I do it successfully?

Maybe you should try other video converter: http://www.imelfin.com/video-converter.html, I used it to convert bunches of videos, all of them work well.

I guess you are using improper audio codec, you can search it on microsoft's webste. They have detailed declaration on the codec of WMV video and audio.
