I am running windows 7 I'm looking for an easy and free program to make lyric videos. I failed to download Movie maker. So I hope there is any other alternative.

Try Superstring. It's much better than Movie Maker.

You can directly edit caption on YouTube:
Step 1: Visit your Video Manager and click the drop-down menu next to the “Edit” button for your video.
Step 2: Select CaptionsClick on the caption track you would like to edit.
Step 3: Click inside any line in the caption track panel and edit the text.
Step 4: Remember to save when you’re finishedIf you’re editing automatic captions, this will generate a new caption track including your revisions.

Use youtube movie maker. It has a free edition, and built-in a cool lyrics video maker to make lyrics videos. Customized fonts, texts, pictures, songs, colors, transition effects, backgrounds, borders and words positioning, etc.
