I want to burn a couple of dvds off the computer, I have some dvds that are the origins copies of some shows and I want to burn them off my computer. I have 2 lap tops and desktop computers and I know that I put the dvd in the drive of the tower, but were does the plain dvd cd go into to couple it?

If you have a burning program, like Nero, it will guide you through the process. It will first make a copy of the original DVD, then, at the appropriate time, it will tell you to take that one out of the drive, and put in the blank one.

Find a DVD Ripper to backup dvd to computer, for example, the five best ripping tools on google, which rips from the DVD disc and convert to other video formats for backup. In terms of ripper,I use handbrake when the dvds has no copy protection.I use the imelfin dvd ripper to backup when the dvds I backup have protection.
