I found a video from photo booth on this computer -Im using my sisters computer when shes gone for a year in utah- that i would like to send to my mother to make her feel happy. How do i transfer it to my phone so i can send it to her?

Connect your Iphone 4 to the computer with help of a cable. and copy-paste the file or if your computer is blue tooth enabled you can directly transfer the files
