How do you make a copy of homemade DVD to a blank DVD?

I had vhs tapes transferred to DVD's. Now I want to make copies of these DVD's for others to have? Can I do that on my PC (Windows7)??

Yes,you can full copy your homemade dvd to a blank dvd with dvd copy software on google.This is very easy. There are some famous dvd copy tool which can help backup your dvd onto another one with great quality.

Yes of course. Put the DVD in you computer, and use a ripping tool to copy. WMP (Windows Media Player) should have that functionality. So should any cd/dvd ripping program. I like DVDShrink3.2 personally.
