As you cannot directly play the DVD disc on Kindle Fire, so you have rip the video then transfer them to your KF, that's the only way to meet your demand.

The solution is very clear and simple, you need a "Ripper" program to help you rip the video off DVDs. Then you also need to convert it to mp4 to play on Kindle Fire.
