Sometimes I found the DVD I burnt has a pretty poor quality, while it looks pretty good on my computer. Is it an inevitable quality loss in burning process? Or can I burn a DVD without any quality loss?

Maybe the reason is the screen size. For example, you might feel it's pretty clear on your computer when the video is only 480P. But if you burn it to DVD and play it on your 40' TV, it absolutely looks blur. So you need to make sure the source video has a good resolution.

You need a handy tool, try this DVD Creator: http://www.imelfin.com/dvd-creator.html
It burns to DVD from any popular video format (40+). Support all DVD-5 and DVD-9 disc types as output: DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD+R DL, DVD-R DL, DVD-5 and DVD-9. Playable on any DVD/BD player like Sony DVP serials and Panasonic DMP serials.
The most important is, it keeps the orinigal quality.

If possible, burn ISO but not VIDEO to DVD, that will help you improve the quality.
