My iTunes Library file becomes damaged very frequently, re-install can't solve the problem. Any suggestions?

There should be two xml files in your iTunes Music folder, iTunes Library and iTunes Music Library.xml. Delete both of them and run iTunes. And reload the music into the iTunes.
