How do you post a video to facebook from ipad videos?

I uploaded some video I took from my computer to the ipad 2. The videos are not in the photo app, but the video one. It doesn't have a spot there where it says email or post to Facebook.

At the top of the screen, you have the option to updats your status, upload a photo, or check in to a location. Uploading a video is the same as uploading a photo. Tap on the "Photo" button and you will have the option to take a photo/video, or import a photo/video from your library.
