How do you make a copy of homemade DVD to a blank DVD?

I had vhs tapes transferred to DVD's. Now I want to make copies of these DVD's for others to have? Can I do that on my PC (Windows7)??

Yes of course. Put the DVD in you computer, and use a ripping tool to copy. WMP (Windows Media Player) should have that functionality. So should any cd/dvd ripping program. I like DVDShrink3.2 personally.

First you need to copy the files in your homemade DVD to a computer,then you can burn them to a blank DVD according to the following procedure:
First of all,you need to put the blank disc into the recorder,then to run Nero startsmart and do some common settings.
After that,you need to load files that you want to burn into the software according to the prompt. Last,start to burn.
