I just bought ImElfin Video Converter and I'm trying to register it. When I enter the registration code and click "Register," I get the error "Failed to get computer ID. Pleasemake sure you are using a administrator account."

I am running the software as Administrator.

How do I solve this?

I have the same error and same issue, Im running admin but still getting failed computer ID, did you get this fixed?

I'm also having this same problem on windows 8. haven't heard back from the company either, if i do I'll post back here.
