I have copied Audio_TS and Video_TS folders to my local drive, how can I burn these folder to another blank DVD disc and make it looks like the same DVD I copied from?

If you think Nero is not that easy-to-use, you can also some other DVD burning program, like ImElfin DVD Creator: http://www.imelfin.com/mac-dvd-creator.html
If is much more user-friendly than Nero, you can burn your folder to DVD within 5 clicks.

If you have already copied the video_ts and audio_ts to your local drive, you've actually finished the preparation part.
If you want to use Nero 8 to burn the folders to a blank DVD disc, just drag the folders into the program, and click the "Burn" button.
Burning audio_ts and video_ts to DVD is pretty easy with Nero especially when you've already got the folders ready.
